CJP was founded in 1997 to provide
Building excellence to all those clients who seek brickwork
and associated works of only the highest quality, both in
terms of performance and budget. Here at CJP it is our
philosophy not to cut corners or seek the quick fix in
either build ability or commercial restraints imposed by
budget. It is here we jointly with our client seek the
solutions to build viability within budget
restraint. We are able to partner the client from inception
of his particular project, advise, programme and plan the
works including milestone payment scheduling, short and long
term funding. We are able to
offer an excellent tendering service to our clients which
includes budget achievement and feasibility, with a genuine
desire for CJP to carry out the works.
We are able to supply a complete service to the industry
which includes all trades and general contracts up to two
million pounds (sterling) also Brickwork projects to the
value of £2 million, whether it may be Labour only, or the
full labour Plant and Material Package we can provide joint
financing of projects (subject to status). We also provide
staff on a labour hire basis to suit your requirements who
are all time served tradesmen unlike the agencies who are
not aware of their employee's capabilities.
Our staff has carried out works for some of the biggest
names in the Industry and here at CJP we have over forty years
of experience in Brickwork and associated trades. We are
able to advise on programming and buildability and foster
the role of the Client/Contractors representative and meet
with the Architects of the particular project, both at
tender
and planning stages if required. We genuinely offer a service to the
industry and are not just another Brickwork Contractor who
